About Kaitlyn Wilkins, Vice President of Small Business Sales at Meta

Kaitlyn Wilkins is the Vice President of Small Business Sales at Meta (fka Facebook). She and her team help millions of small business advertisers around the world connect with their customers and grow through personalized advertising on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger.

Prior to joining Meta in 2016, Kaitlyn worked for Burberry and Ogilvy & Mather in London. At Burberry, she led the British fashion house’s global social media marketing group, and the Brand & Product Marketing team which oversaw all of Burberry’s integrated marketing efforts.

At Ogilvy & Mather, Kaitlyn helped grow a social media team from 10 people to a worldwide group of 500+ across all Ogilvy operating companies, and rolled out and led Social@Ogilvy in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Kaitlyn graduated Wellesley College with a BA in International Relations and “hails” from Ann Arbor, Michigan.

John brings the best lessons of more than 25 years innovating via digital practices. He has delivered next-gen digital marketing strategy and programs to the best-known, global brands including The Ford Motor Company, Nestle, American Express, Unilever and Travelers Insurance. He lives in Albuquerque New Mexico where he serves on the board of Presbyterian Health Plans, the premier health insurer in the state.
